What is Coachi?

A secured webspace enabling coaches and coachees to interactively develop talent and to keep track real-time of their development, communication and activities. Meanwhile linked with personally selected stakeholders such as educators and specialists.

Coachi is a web-based tool: what is that?

Web-based software is available on the Internet for use through a web browser. There is no need for installing CDs or downloading any software. You don't need to worry about updates either. If you are banking using Internet services and/or using web-based programmes such as Hotmail, you are already working with web-based applications.

What do I need in order to work with Coachi?

A device with an Internet connection and a web browser, preferably the latest versions of Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Is Coachi secure considering its Internet environment?

Traditional software uses devices such as laptops or USB memory sticks for data storage. Such equipment may be lost or damaged. Using our web-based software, your information is stored on secure and permanently up-to-date server systems. These are subject to continuous back-up processes and use the latest security methods available. In addition, we keep renewing these methods.

Can I decide for myself who I want to grant access to my goals?

Yes indeed, in Coachi, you are the one allocating roles to whoever you want.  That person will then have access to your goal(s) under the conditions set for the role, as a coach, coachee, or guest. Anyone you will be working with will have access to the same up-to-date information, so you'll never have issues with different versions again.

Can I work with Coachi from any location?

Yes, web-based systems such as Coachi allow worldwide access to your goals. At work, at home, in a hotel, at a customer, or on your mobile phone; the one requirement is Internet access.

I'm going abroad, will Coachi work there as well?

Coachi is online and web-based, meaning that you will be able to access your account from any location with Internet access. You can connect by cable or wireless, using WiFi or a GPRS connection - as long as there's an Internet connection.

Does Coachi allocate a coach, or do I take care of that?

You as coachee provide for a coach. Coachi is a system for keeping track of your personal development while enjoying online interactive coaching by the coach(es) of your choice. So Coachi does not provide coaches.

Does Coachi allocate a coachee, or do I take care of that?

Can I work with several coaches simultaneously and/or with other coachees?

Yes, as you decide who will have access to your individually specified goals.

If I am a coach myself, can I receive coaching on my own goals from another coach?

Yes, you certainly can. Allocation of roles related to goals enables you to decide the part you will be playing: that of coach or coachee.

Can several people be working on the same goal?

One or several coaches or coachees may be linked to any single goal.

What will I get out of Coachi?

Coachi enables you to achieve your goals and maintain on-going development. Your activities are tracked and remain up-to-date and accessible from anywhere. Your information is stored centrally, including any associated data. On top of this, you will be able to maintain contact with your coach(es) interactively.

What will Coachi cost me?

Coachi costs € 50,00 for 2 months for a single person, € 135,00 for 6 months and € 249,00 for 1 year. You need a subscription to get started. Each user that you link to your goal, requires a separate subscription as each person receives full functionality and unlimited usage of Coachi for the selected term. Do I run the risk of losing my development information?

No! All development information is centralised and accessible on the Internet from any computer anywhere in the world. This means you can never lose your development info. In addition, back-ups of your development are made every day. The back-ups are stored in multiple locations, ensuring that Coachi always has a back-up of your information available.

Can I add my friends to Coachi?

Coachi is not like Facebook. Coachi is a web-based system for cooperation between coach(es) and coachee(s). If you want to add your friends, they will only be able to join by applying for their own Coachi account. However, this is only recommended if they wish to contribute to your development.

Can I pass my account on to someone else?

Yes you can, provided you allow the other person to use your username and password.

Can I temporarily freeze my account?

Yes, that's possible. Simply send an email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Your user term will be suspended, and then reactivated upon your request. 

Can I print my development information?

How do I terminate my account?

Send an email with your details to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will confirm your termination by email. Your account will remain valid for the remainder of the contract period, expiring on the expiry date

If I wish to terminate my use of Coachi before the contract expires, will I get a refund of my account expenses?

No, Coachi does not perform interim refunds. You can however terminate your account at any moment. You will no longer receive invoices although payments made will remain unchanged.

Can I install Coachi on my own server?

No. We don't supply installable versions of Coachi. Coachi is a so-called 'hosted' system. We manage all servers, security, updates, and improvements, enabling you to work on your personal development or that of your coachee(s).

Does Coachi also deliver tailor-made solutions?

As a rule, all users operate on the same web-based version of Coachi. Nonetheless, Coachi is sufficiently flexible and open in its lay-out for you to incorporate your own ways of working into it.

We have Intranet at work, and we are not allowed to access the Internet for security reasons. Will Coachi still work?

Coachi will not work initially; this requires an Internet connection. However, we can work with your system administrator to find a solution. One option would be to set up a special VPN connection to the secure Coachi server. You can access your account from there. A second option would be to use your mobile phone for access, provided it is capable of establishing an Internet connection.
