Why did we initiate Coachi?

We help people develop themselves and others. Coachi allows you to work on your development at your own pace, when- and wherever. Individually or cooperatively, with your coaches and/or other contributors you choose. Within Coachi we aim to make all means available that may facilitate your personal development and coaching. These include an always up-to-date array of tools including audio, video, shared real-time documents, chat and forums.

Our development of Coachi never ends

• Simplicity and ease of use - we prefer to use a selection of functions you actually use over all sorts of extras that distract you from your personal development.
• You develop Coachi with us - your feedback and requests set the course of future development for Coachi.
• Clarity - we use plain language in Coachi for all to understand. That means no it-chatter or buzz words.
• Support - we aim to provide maximum support to you in your personal development involving your use of Coachi. Our service include a demo video (see Home), a Help function, and support by email, telephone, or even personal assistance at your request.
• Flexible cooperation - your personal development and coaching are the heart of the matter - not your contract with Coachi. As a consequence, we aim for simple agreements extending to one-year periods at most. You are at liberty to stop using Coachi whenever you wish. After one year has passed, we will ask you whether you intend to use Coachi again.
• Reasonable pricing - our rates are not based on rates prevailing in the coaching market. Rates are determined solely by our expenses for development and support. In this way, we lower the threshold for you to have your personal development and coaching take place within Coachi.
• Easy to understand - we aim to make Coachi as intuitive as possible, allowing you to get started straight away, without the need for extensive training.
